After we walk through the property together, we will explain the property’s general condition and systems to you or your agent. We will talk through any Safety Hazards and Major Defects that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance.

Don’t worry if you aren’t available to attend the inspection all of this will also be detailed in our easy-to-read report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that Inspection report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
